What is the relationship between the human body and the physical space of the city?

Kyoto Moving: Bodies in Motion is a study of the city of Kyoto through observing its inhabitants navigate the everyday rhythms of the city with their bodies. Six spatial studies were produced from the film.

These studies demonstrate how bodies create space through different movement types and how cities create theater sets for action.
